Berry Fresh announces Delfi Brea, world No. 1, as global brand ambassador
Berry Fresh, the North American branch of Agroberries —one of the world's leading berry companies—, announced a partnership with professional padel player Delfi Brea, who will serve as global brand ambassador during 2026.
Delfi Brea is one of the most dynamic talents in professional padel. At just 17 years old, she moved to Spain to pursue her goal of competing at the highest level, leaving Argentina to train and play on the most demanding circuit. Since then, she has played more than 170 matches on the professional circuit.
In 2025, she had one of the strongest seasons of her career, winning nine titles alongside Gemma Triay. This performance propelled her to the top of the world rankings, where she and her partner were tied for the No. 1 spot.
The partnership with Berry Fresh comes at a pivotal time for the sport. Padel is experiencing rapid global growth, with over 35 million active players in more than 165 countries, according to the FIP World Padel Report 2025. It is also gaining traction in the United States, where new courts, clubs, and communities are springing up at a record pace.
Meanwhile, berry consumption in the United States continues to rise, driven by consumer interest in "better-for-you" foods and convenient snacking options. Despite this growth, Berry Fresh notes that there is still significant room to expand household penetration, especially for blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in key regions.
