Strawberries

«Due to the weather, the 2015 season has been very complicated. On the other hand, in the minds of consumers, the German season of the strawberry has already finished, although we can supply them until the end of September«.

Raspberries

There are problems with strawberries, but the situation is calmer for raspberries. «The season is simpler for raspberries«confirms Tessmann. «We currently obtain raspberries from German, Dutch and Belgian cultivation. The commercial activity is much more calm and stable. There is not a very large demand, but the pressure on prices is not immense either«.

Moras

«The commercialization of blackberries is always a modest business«explains the expert. «Unfortunately, blackberries are not a high consumption item. There is enough product to meet market demand without problems«. Like raspberries, Marktvertrieb GmbH's blackberries currently come from Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Michael Tessmann portrays the following weeks: «Our kiwiberries will be available from the 37 or 38 week. From next week, the first blueberries from Poland will arrive and, in addition to our German strawberries, which we can supply until the end of September, there will also be Dutch greenhouse strawberries«.
