China: Start the cultivation of cranberry in Shaanxi

Recently, the first Shaanxi Province Blueberry Industry Development Forum was organized. Currently, Shaanxi's main fresh products are apples and kiwis. Cranberry production in the province is growing. There are currently 400 hectares of blueberry fields in the south of the province, an increase of 200 hectares over the previous year. Farmers hope to benefit from growing domestic demand and compete with blueberries grown in Shandong province.
