According to the announcement, Dingdong Maicai already offers SanLucar products in these categories on its platform, and an expansion of the portfolio is projected during 2026, incorporating more lines and formats to respond to a growing demand for quality, consistent and traceable fruit.

SanLucar, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Spain, operates as a global fruit company with a presence in multiple origins and markets. The company is known for its focus on production management and its portfolio of fresh fruit, including blueberries, in addition to other categories such as citrus fruits and strawberries.

Under the agreement, both parties indicated that they will promote direct cooperation in purchasing premium fruits, including cherries and blueberriesThe alliance also includes long-term joint work on logistical efficiency, supply coordination, and the development of commercial proposals geared towards the Chinese consumer.
