The "giant jump" that food prices have taken and the reasons that explain the high cost according to the FAO

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations measures month by month how much the international value of a basket made up of cereals, vegetable oils, dairy products, sugars and meat varies. The figure stood at over 159 points in March 2022, reaching the historical maximum of the measurement, since its creation in 1990.
