II Technical Day of the cranberry
The Huelva delegation of the Official College of Agricultural Technical Engineers of Western Andalusia, organizes the "II TECHNICAL CONFERENCE ON BLUEBERRY GROWING IN THE PROVINCE OF HUELVA".
This year, it will be held at the TEATRO FELIPE GODÍNEZ, C / Andalucía 17, 21800 Moguer (Huelva)
The program of sessions responds to a technical criterion adapted to the needs and problems that farmers detect in the day to day of the crop as well as the regulatory circumstances of the crop that continues to expand its area in the province of Huelva.
The technical conference will begin with a presentation by the manager of Freshuelva, Rafael Domínguez, on the evolution of the blueberry in the province of Huelva. After him, Mamen Mingorance, Freshuelva technician, will talk about the phytosanitary tools of the crop.
The first block of presentations will end with the intervention of the agronomist Gonzalo Allences, who will give a vision of the cultivation in Latin America and will speak about the realities and problems of blueberry nutrition.
After a brief pause, other speeches will follow. Agustín Soler, Bayer Ibérica's head of food safety, will speak about food safety; the engineers Charo Martín and Luis Miranda will give their vision on the development of a variety and José Manuel López Aranda will intervene with a presentation on the right of the breeder. López Aranda is an agricultural engineer doctor and a doctor of Law.
In the afternoon, a round table is scheduled to be held with the participation of Iván Morón, an expert lawyer in agrarian jurisprudence; José Manuel López Aranda; Agustín Borrero, head of business development at Driscoll's Spain, and Antonio Villarroel, CEO of Geslive. After the appropriate interventions, the discussion will take place with the participants.
