greensort is a Polish manufacturer of sorting machines with innovative vision systems using artificial intelligence algorithms. These are learning and memory machines that will be used on farms with blueberry areas of 3 and 30 hectares. Nowadays, having properly equipped sorting and packaging rooms is gradually becoming a necessity. To operate the entire line, 5 of our staff are enough. This is valuable information in the context of what we hear from growers in Europe and America, that in the next 4 or 5 years we should expect huge problems when it comes to hiring workers to harvest fruit.

Evaluating the fruit in visible and infrared light allows the computer to analyze the image of the peel and internal damage with an accuracy of 90-95%. Detects and rejects what the human eye cannot see. It is much more precise. And from the supplier's point of view, it is very important to offer berries of equal quality throughout the season, especially in the second part of the harvest, when the quality of the fruit from the field is not always ideal. The biggest advantages of this line, in addition to its size, are the division of blueberries into quality classes (size and color) and the possibility of eliminating fruits that only seem to look good before reaching the market. This significantly improves its durability in domestic and foreign transportation.
