Peru will once again participate with its national pavilion and more than 30 companies and associations in Asia Fruit Logistica 2016, in Hong Kong.

Some of its most important products are table grapes, blueberries, avocados, citrus fruits, mangoes, pomegranates and asparagus.

Peruvian exhibitors have good expectations of expanding their client base and exploring new business opportunities with Asian countries. Fruit exports from Peru to the Chinese market seem to have a very promising future. Following the success of the export of Peruvian Hass avocados to China, blueberries are the products that have the most potential to be the next to receive final export approval, followed by pomegranates.

United under the slogan "the greatest variety of fresh fruits all year round", the following producers, exporters and associations will participate in the pavilion of Peru this year (pavilion 3, L-01 / M-01) at Expo AsiaWorld, Hong Kong: Agricola Athos, Agribusiness La Grama, Camposol, Danper, Ecosac Agrícola, Fundo Sacramento, Pedregal, Agroindustrial Processes - Proagro, the Peruvian Association of Mango Producers and Exporters (APEM), PERU CITRUS, the Association of Table Grape Producers of Peru (PROVID) and AVOCADOS FROM PERU. In addition to these companies, other 20 companies will be present. This year, the commercial offices of Peru of seven Asian countries will have a specialized assistance space for Peruvian producers and exporters.

The Peruvian pavilion is organized by the Association of Agricultural Producers' Associations of Peru (AGAP) and the Peruvian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) and of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru (MINCETUR).
