Mexico and Central America are among the ten regions that grow the most blueberries in the world

Mexico and Central America, together, are in ninth place in the regions with the largest surface area devoted to blueberry cultivation with 1.290 hectares, according to the US nursery Fall Creek Farm & Nursery.

The top ten places are the United States (41.083 hectares), Chile (15.136), China (12.109), Canada (11.244), Poland (3.892), Argentina (3.460), Germany (2.162), Spain (1.297), Mexico and Central America (1,290) and Australia (865).

To learn more about the world of blueberries, hundreds of producers, along with exporters, receivers, advisers, experts, and researchers from different countries, will meet at the 4th international seminar "Cranberry cultivation in Mexico: Technical analysis, productive management and commercial development" in Terraza Andares, Guadalajara, Mexico.

The event will take place on June 29 and 30 and the topics will be addressed by recognized international experts in the field, who for two days will share their latest research on the subject.

Likewise, there will be stands of the most relevant companies related to the cultivation of blueberries in Latin America and the United States. Registrations to attend must be done here.
