Peru: Blueberries will be the "bridge" to Asia for other products

The Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, José Hernández, stressed today that blueberries, whose entry into China is under negotiation, will be the "bridge" so that other Peruvian agricultural products can access the Asian market, within the framework of the APEC forum.

He said he had dialogues with his peers from the United States, China, Taipei, Japan and New Zealand.

"We see that there is an enormous possibility and we will take advantage of it in these APEC meetings in Piura", Agregó.
