TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION TO THE SEMINAR

Registration instructions
• The applicable prices for transfer payment depend on the date of registration and payment. Both registration and payment must be made within the deadlines indicated in each tranche so that the final price is the one indicated for each tranche of dates.
• All attendees must register via the online form before making the payment corresponding to their registration.
• Attendees who choose to make the payment by bank transfer must send said receipt to the email: seminars@blueberriesconsulting.com.
• In some cases (only applicable for some countries) the PayPal system (payments by credit or debit card) will require you to register a PayPal electronic account to make the payment, which will generate a charge of USD $ 1,00 to your card to verify said affiliation, which will be returned to your PayPal account later.
• Upon registration and payment each attendee will receive confirmation of their registration. If after 2 days of your registration and payment, you have not received such confirmation, the assistant must contact you using the contact details that appear on the website of the event you have registered to confirm that your registration and payment have been made correctly.
• Only registrations and payments will be accepted via our website until 12 hours in the morning of the day before the event, after this they can only be registered directly in the accreditation area on the same day of the event and only if there are places available.
• Registration will be closed when the maximum capacity of the event is reached.

General Information of the Seminar
The registration of attendees includes access to conferences, commercial booths, coffee breaks, cocktails, Wi-Fi connection and access to the presentations of the rapporteurs after the event.

If you need specific facilities for the disabled or have other special needs, let us know by sending an email to seminars@blueberriesconsulting.com and we will try to offer the best options to your specific situation.

Accommodation and Visas
Attendees who need it must take care of everything related to their accommodation and visa management in order to attend the event. The Organization of the event does not offer assistance services for accommodation or for visa management.

Accreditations
Each attendee must have their personal accreditation to access the event and all the services of which it is composed. To obtain this accreditation, participants must register upon arrival at the event in the area enabled for it, having previously paid their participation fee. Please check the event's schedule and come with enough time to complete your accreditation.

List of registered participants
The list of participants will only be available to members of the Organization of the event.

Payments and commissions
The commission of payments and / or bank transfers must be paid by the assistant. Event organizers are not responsible for any additional charges generated by the PayPal payment system.

Insurance
The payment of the participation fee does not include insurance of any kind. The Organization of the event and the companies or institutions associated with the event do not assume any responsibility with respect to insurance of any kind that has to do with the participants.

Cancelation conditions
Confirmation notifications will be sent upon receipt of registration and payment, which must be made at the time of registration or by bank transfer notified to the Organization. Online payments with credit or debit cards will only be accepted when said option is offered in the online registration, payments will also be accepted by bank transfer when said option is offered. The payment options that the Organization deems most appropriate will be accepted on the day of the event.

NO monetary refunds will be granted for the cancellation of the seminar attendance, after payment has been made.

If you cannot attend, you can register a substitute participant and inform him until 3 days before the event.
