The Subcommission of Complementary Services of the Trujillo Airport "Capitán FAP Carlos Martinez de Pinillos", met with agro-export businessmen so that they can know the operative actions for the next shipments of avocado, asparagus and blueberries in Airbus 300 cargo aircraft with capacity of 43 tons direct to Miami-United States.
During the meeting there was talk about the procedure from the entry of the products, the controls that must go through security, palletizing, detector of traces of drugs and explosives, the waiting times to raise the load to the aircraft, modality to keep the cold of the products, among other points.
The general manager of the GRLL and President Export Regional Committee of La Libertad (CERX), Carlos Matos Izquierdo, who participated in this meeting, mentioned that he expects as soon as possible to send the first shipment of our agro-industrial products from Trujillo to Miami, which will give a great economic boost to the region.
"They are an approximate of 10 million a year that would save agro-export companies, since their products will not have to go to Lima to be shipped abroad, so that money can be reversed in our region in different ways", Expressed Matos.
