10 ° Berries 2016 International Seminar

This 2016 marks ten years of one of the most important events of the well-known fruits of the forest in our country, the International Berries Seminar, organized by Rconsulting Group, will be held on May 25 and 26, in the city of Curicó at the La Esperanza Events Center, which this year has as its slogan: "The Business of Fresh and Processed Berries".

In this opportunity, the program contemplates -on its first day- addressing not only the situation of berries from Chile and the United States, or the global perspectives for the next season. It will also describe the opportunities that Chile has with the cultivated maqui, the future of the mechanized harvest for raspberries, and the conclusions of the world congress of fruit producing countries, to be held in Serbia just a couple of weeks before the International Berries Seminar. .

The cranberry will be the protagonist of the 26 May day, with talks focused on the Chilean, European and Asian markets, the advances in the eradication of Lobesia botrana, and the situation of frozen blueberries.
