GP Graders introduces new direction to drive growth in cherries and blueberries

GP Graders has announced its new management team, tasked with developing the business to deliver effective and agile solutions to the challenges of fruit growing.

The company will be led by Francois Lovens, together with a qualified sales team focused on growth in the cherry and blueberry sectors. Lovens is a commercial engineer with more than 25 years of experience, 20 of them in management positions in international companies. He holds a degree from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and an MBA from ESADE (Barcelona).

Lovens has led teams in complex environments, focusing on conceptualizing and implementing new business lines. His experience in the construction and energy saving sectors provides him with valuable insight to develop strategies in the cherry sector. Fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, and immersed in Latin culture for 22 years, Lovens brings a deep understanding of the South American market. He has also served as economic advisor to the Belgian Embassy in Chile since 2018 and is a member of the International Lithium Chamber.

Sales team

Alessandro Bozzolo, Sales Director, has 37 years of experience in the fruit sector. His knowledge of fresh fruit production, refrigeration and packaging operations, and market trends strengthens the team’s ability to meet customer needs and manage key accounts.

Jaime Villaseñor, an agricultural engineer, brings extensive experience in the fresh fruit export sector.

His work in technology and equipment sales, as well as in marketing strategies, marketing, has helped build strong customer relationships.

Villaseñor's interest in identifying and meeting market needs supports the company's commitment to quality services. The team brings together experienced professionals prepared to face the challenges and opportunities of the cherry market.
