Ricardo Naranjo Fernández as new CEO of Camposol

It is with great satisfaction that we announce the appointment of Ricardo Naranjo Fernández as the new CEO of Camposol, effective as of January 1, 2025. Ricardo has been serving as interim CEO since June of this year. During this period, with a clear focus and collaborative leadership, he managed to inspire a strong team spirit, achieving exceptional results.

Ricardo has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to integrate quickly, lead with impact and generate trust throughout the organization. His dedication and commitment have established him as a natural leader and a key figure for the future of the company.

With more than 15 years of experience in various sectors, Ricardo has an outstanding track record in Finance. His strategic vision, his ability to lead high-performance teams and implement innovative and technological strategies make him the ideal person to guide us in this new stage.

The Board of Directors unanimously supports this appointment, fully confident in his ability to generate value and foster sustainable growth. At DC Group, we are confident that, under his leadership, Camposol will continue to strengthen its position as a global benchmark in the agricultural business.

I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that, with this appointment, as of that same date I will cease to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Camposol and will continue as Chairman of the Board. This change reflects the strengthening of executive leadership at Camposol, now under the direction of Ricardo. I am sure that together we will be able to consolidate our growth and achieve new successes.
