Blueberries: they canceled the norm that put a cap on the maximum amount harvested per day

The rule determined that 14 was the “maximum number of trays of 1,800 kilograms each, harvested in an eight-hour day”.

Through Resolution 116 / 2018, the National Agrarian Labor Commission suspended “the legal effects of the Resolution of the National Agrarian Labor Commission No. 236 / 16, until the November 30 of 2019, for the purposes of completion of technical studies regarding the ARANDANERA activity ”.

The “old” December standard of 2016, established the maximum allowable harvest per day, in an eight-hour workday.

In detail, it is Article 1 ° of Resolution 236 / 2016 details: “Maximum number of trays of 1,800 kilograms each, harvested in a day of EIGHT (8) hours = 14”.

As of today, this article is without effect and the corresponding technical studies for the blueberry activity are in the hands of:

- In the NOA region: Obispo Colombres Experimental Agroindustrial Station;

- In the NEA region: NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY (Concordia);

- In the Province of Buenos Aires: NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY (San Pedro);
