Camposol shipped its first shipment of Peruvian blueberries to China for the 2024/25 season

Ricardo Naranjo highlighted the quality of this year's blueberries, despite the productive difficulties they had to face last season with the El Niño Phenomenon. He added that Camposol is expanding its presence in the Asian country.

“I am proud to share that Camposol has shipped the first shipment of Peruvian blueberries for the 2024/2025 season in Hubei, China, in collaboration with Shanghai Pengsheng,” reported Ricardo Naranjo Fernández, interim CEO of Camposol.

This dispatch, he added, marks a significant step in the efforts that the Peruvian company is currently developing to satisfy the growing demand for high-quality fresh products in the Chinese market.

"Despite the challenges brought on by the El Niño phenomenon last season, our team has worked diligently to ensure that this year's blueberries are of the highest quality, adapted to the preferences of Chinese consumers," The executive also commented.

Finally, he considered that Wuhan is a strategic hub for distribution, so it was exciting to expand Camposol's presence in central China, and thus reach more markets. “Thank you to our dedicated team and partners for making this milestone a reality. “We are eager to continue bringing the best of Peruvian agriculture to the world,” he concluded.
