Today marks the start of the 43rd International Seminar on Red Fruits Morocco 2026 in Tangier. The seminar will feature an exhibition area dedicated to solutions for various stages of the berry supply chain, from crop establishment and management to sorting and packing. The event will be held at the Royal Tulip City Center Hotel.

The exhibition area will bring together more than 40 sponsoring companies and will operate in a high-traffic area of the seminar, running parallel to the technical program. There, producers, suppliers, and service companies will be able to learn about technologies and products, speak directly with participating companies, and hold business meetings.

Solutions from cultivation to packing

In the establishment stage, Agromillora will participate with its offer of plant material and propagation for berries, while Pelemix, Projar, Fibredust and Hortalan will be present with solutions related to the establishment and management of crops.

Hortalan will also be attending the event following the opening of a substrate production plant in Morocco specializing in soft fruit. The company will be at stand 18 showcasing cultivation and biostimulation solutions.

Cultiva, for its part, will represent the physiological management segment of the fruit, with technologies related to cuticle, cracking and firmness.

Selection, conditioning, and packing will also have a significant presence. REEMOON, located at booth Gold 14, will showcase blueberry sorting equipment using vision and artificial intelligence, used to evaluate characteristics such as size, color, and defects during the selection process.

A&B Packing Equipment, Unitec, MAF RODA, Ecopacking, Netpak and Beekenkamp will also participate in this segment, with solutions related to sorting, automation, packaging and conditioning of fruit.

They are joined by North Bay Produce and Driscoll's, companies directly linked to the production and marketing of berries.

Technology and business meetings

In addition to the exhibition of products and technologies, the event includes meetings between producers, suppliers and service companies, taking advantage of the presence of different industry players in the same space.

The activity coincides with the agricultural supplier prospecting mission that ProChile is carrying out in Morocco between September 14 and 17, which includes participation in the Tangier seminar.
